Welcome to Pclear Math! We are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering strong sense of belonging and promoting a positive mathematical identity among the marginalized Black community, particularly girls.
Our mission is to instill mathematical confidence and facilitate a deeper understanding of math concepts through an enriched curriculum that incorporates real-life connections, as well as cultural and historical activities relevant to the Black community.

We employ a versatile approach to teaching mathematics, utilizing manipulatives, technology, and multicultural literature. This fosters deep conceptual understanding and encourages students to explore various avenues of mathematical thinking.

We engage students in enjoyable, real-world mathematics activities within an informal learning environment. This approach allows them to progress at their own pace, whether aligning with their school mathematics curriculum or advancing beyond it.
Cultural Integration
We encourage students to integrate cultural and diasporic knowledge into their mathematical endeavours. By connecting math to their cultural backgrounds, they can enhance their comprehension of mathematical concepts and derive a stronger sense of personal relevance in their studies.
